Unlike some, our goal isn’t to take advantage—we want you to feel confident in our service.

We actually recommend starting with a small order, so you can experience our quality firsthand. This way, you’ll see for yourself that our products are high-quality and affordable, and that you can rely on us for a seamless experience.

What countries do you ship too ?

We currently ship to the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

For your convenience, all orders are sent via Tracked 24. Shipping is free for orders over £150, while a delivery fee of £4.99 applies to orders under £150.

While we have a 99% success rate, in the rare event that your parcel does not arrive, we offer one free reshipment after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. Please note, this does not apply to orders where the tracking status indicates 'Delivered' or 'Attempted Delivery.' Additionally, free reshipment's are not available for the Channel Islands

How long does delivery take ?

Orders placed and with payment confirmed by 1 PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. While next-day delivery is expected, please allow 1-3 days for delivery, as Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Do you offer tracking ?

⁃ We only offer tracking if the parcel does not arrive on the day it is supposed to. Then we will make it a top priority to check and send you the tracking.

Bank transfers ?

We accept bank transfers (UK only), which incur a 10% fee. Please note that we may occasionally update our bank account details, so we recommend confirming the current details with us on Telegram at @cafe420support before making any transfers.

Once your transfer is complete, kindly send us a screenshot of the transaction for confirmation.

What if tracking says delivered but didn’t received ?

⁃ The tracking system is in place for both our security. This is what we have to go off and the tracking is final, if it says delivered or attempted delivery we will not reship.

What’s if I made mistake in my shipping details ?

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us immediately via Telegram so we can assist in correcting it.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect shipping details.

How do we package your order ?

At 420CAFE, your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped with 100% discretion, using secure, smell-proof, and plain packaging. There are no external markings or references to 420CAFE, ensuring complete confidentiality.
